Our Story

Northeast Texas Psychiatry, PLLC was established in 2025 in connection with the retirement of psychiatrist Dr. Joseph Arisco, who provided excellent, compassionate psychiatric care to the East Texas community for many years. Following his retirement, our clinic became one of the options available to his former adult patients seeking ongoing care, and we are honored to now serve many of the individuals he previously treated.

Our practice is physician-led and built around a clear, structured approach to outpatient psychiatric care. We place emphasis on accurate assessment and evidence-based treatment, consistent communication, and a well-organized clinical setting.

What Guides Our Practice

  • Respect for each patient’s goals, values, and circumstances
  • Reliance on established medical standards and evidence-based care
  • Commitment to clear expectations, privacy, and professionalism

Our aim is to provide dependable, physician-directed psychiatric care for adults in the Northeast Texas community.
