This information allows us to determine whether our practice is an appropriate fit for your needs before
any appointment can be offered.
Once you have completed your Psychiatric History Record, you may upload it securely through the
Contact section of our website using the
Secure Upload (HIPAA) portal. This encrypted upload delivers your document directly to
our clinical inbox.
Please note: This practice does not prescribe narcotic pain medications (e.g., hydrocodone, oxycodone, tramadol). These medicines are outside the scope of psychiatric care provided at Northeast Texas Psychiatry.
Controlled Medications Policy
We rarely initiate benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax®, Ativan®) or stimulants (e.g., Adderall®, Vyvanse®) for new patients. Such medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and safe, following a full in-person evaluation.
Payment Policy
This is a private, self-pay practice. We do not accept Medicare or insurance. Some patients pursue out-of-network reimbursement on their own, but payment to our clinic is due in full at the time of service.
