    How to know it worked

    • Before you send: your file shows inside the message box, with its name.
    • After you send: the conversation shows your file, with its name ending in .pdf.
    • Last check: tap or click the file you sent. It should open and show your form with your answers filled in.

    File names to look for

    • New patient history form: a name like 26_10_08_Psychiatric_History_Record.pdf, with your own date at the start.
    • Signed agreements: NETxPsych Signed Agreements.pdf
    • Forms our office asked you to sign: NETxPsych Requested Forms.pdf
